Carthage, IL, November 5, 2025 – Hancock Village is proud to announce that it has received a 2025 Dammy Award for The Best Dam Long-Term Care in Hancock County from Radio Keokuk. This recognition highlights the exceptional care, dedication, and community spirit that define Hancock Village and its staff.
The award, part of Radio Keokuk’s annual community recognition program, celebrates local organizations that go above and beyond in serving residents of Hancock County. Winners are selected through community nominations and votes, reflecting the trust and appreciation of the people they serve.

What is Hancock Village?
Hancock Village is a Supportive Living Community that includes both Hickory and Maple Grove. Hickory Grove provides a homelike setting and a rich environment filled with activities and opportunities to be actively involved with other seniors. Maple Grove Memory Care Community is the first of its kind in the state of Illinois, designed specifically for individuals with memory impairments.
