December 16, 2025 – Willow Grove Childcare & Learning Center is pleased to announce Jennifer Pack as its new Director. Pack brings a strong background in education and child-focused services, and a heartfelt passion for the community.
Pack’s educational background includes an Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education and Healthcare, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Education and Healthcare. Originally from Kentucky, Pack relocated to the area one year ago and is eager to continue planting roots in the Hancock County community. Pack’s career has included several years of experience working in public schools and, recently, as a Patient Navigator at Memorial Medical Clinic Mobile, a behavioral health unit serving students across Hancock County. This unique combination of classroom and clinical experience has shaped Pack’s commitment to nurturing the whole child.
“I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment where every child can learn, grow, and feel supported,” Pack said. “Early childhood education is where my heart is, and I’m excited to help Willow Grove Childcare & Learning Center grow into a center that reflects excellence, compassion, and community connection.”
Outside of her professional role, she is a dedicated wife and mother. Married for 14 years, she and her husband are raising five wonderful children, whom she proudly calls her greatest motivation and the heart behind everything she does.
Willow Grove Childcare & Learning Center is part of Hancock County Senior & Childcare Services, which also includes Hickory Grove supportive living and Maple Grove memory care. Together, these programs support the well-being across generations.
