Our center was created to provide high-quality early childhood education and care in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Willow Grove Childcare & Learning Center proudly offers childcare discounts to eligible employees of Memorial Hospital, Memorial Medical Clinics, Hancock County Senior & Childcare Services, and Carthage Veterinary Service. Please contact the Willow Grove Childcare Directors for eligibility requirements and program details.
Licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. License # 611701. We accept West Central Childcare and DCFS foster care subsidy payments upon approval.
History
Willow Grove Childcare and Learning Center opened on Jan. 2, 2023, and consists of the following classrooms: Infants, Waddlers, Toddlers, and Preschool.
