Meet The Director
My name is Jennifer Pack, and I am the Director at Willow Grove Childcare & Learning Center. I hold an Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education and Healthcare, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree focused on Education and Healthcare. Originally from Kentucky, I relocated to the Hancock County area one year ago and am excited to continue planting roots in this community. My professional background includes several years working in public schools and experience as a Patient Navigator at Memorial Medical Clinic Mobile’s behavioral health unit, serving students throughout Hancock County. This blend of classroom and clinical experience has shaped my passion for nurturing the whole child in a safe, supportive, and high-quality learning environment.
Outside of my professional role, I am a dedicated wife of 14 years and a proud mother of five wonderful children, who are my greatest motivation. I look forward to serving the families of Willow Grove Childcare & Learning Center and helping the center continue to grow through excellence, compassion, and strong community connections.
Meet The Assistant Director
My name is Amy Rea; I am the Interim Director at Willow Grove Childcare and Learning Center. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as Level 1 and Level 4 Early Childhood Education Credentials, a Level 4 Infant-Toddler Credential, and a Level 1 Illinois Director Credential. I have worked at Willow Grove since it opened. I have lived in Carthage for twenty-plus years. I am a mom of two adult children and a nanny to three amazing grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and watching sports.
I look forward to meeting and serving each family at Willow Grove Childcare & Learning Center.
